P.E.I. Srl of Bolonga, manufactures bellows for ATG’s European applications. The folding
bellows are manufactured with a hypalon coated polyester material made up of three layers of
hypalon (a synthetic rubber) and two layers of polyester mats. This material is sewn together and the outside seams are crimped with an aluminum reinforcement profile that gives the bellows structural stiffness.

We have developed a bellows for use on VOLVO’s B7L and B10L articulated chassis. The system consists:

• a complete folding bellows
• a centre hoop with stabilizing system
• a means of guiding electrical cables and air conditioning lines through the top of the articulation.
